myMuseum uses Microsoft Office 365 (O365) sign-in for authentication. When you sign in, we may collect and process:
- Identity information: name, email address, and user identifier provided by your organization’s O365 account.
- Device and app information: basic technical data required to operate the app, such as device model, operating system version, and app version.
The app does not display advertisements.

We use the information described above to:
- Authenticate users via O365 and manage access to the app
- Provide core application functionality
- Support internal business operations and application reliability
